We want you to love your purchase! Most merchandise may be returned for a full refund (minus shipping costs). The returns must be pre-authorized by contacting us at info@thesilverhare.com. The package must be postmarked within 7 calendar days after delivery of your order. Orders postmarked after 7 days and without contacting us will likely not be accepted for refund.

Returned items must be in original condition, with tags (if applicable), without showing signs of wear or damage in any way. That includes items that are damaged in transit. It is your responsibility to package the items to ensure they arrive safely to us. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once they have been received.
